Yelsa Connect’s operating systems are built on AWS, one of the world’s most advanced app technology platforms. Intelligent programming scans data and finds matches based on percentages, which sends notifications to the home Seller and the Buyer, advising of the match.
Yelsa Connect is designed to help you self manage the entire process. You can talk directly with the Seller, or they may choose to enlist the help of one of our approved Real Estate Licensees at any stage in the process. Contact the homeowner, or their appointed Real Estate Licensee, advise them you would be interested in making an offer, and ask how they would like to proceed.
With Yelsa Connect you create a unique profile which will always be available to you. Once you are registered, you can create either a buying or selling profile at any time. If you are no longer looking for property, your profile will not be visible to sellers.

Sellers can request a free upgrade of their Selling Profile at any time. Upgrading your Selling Profile unlocks a second level of each Buyer’s Profile, and reveals more specific buying requirements, such as buyer names, contact information, and other specific buyer criteria like school zones, wheelchair access, proximity to public transport, etc. This additional buyer information gives you the luxury to contact, review and evaluate Buyers before you invite them to view your home.
Yelsa Connect is designed to help you self-manage the entire selling process, or you can connect with one of our Yelsa-affiliated Real Estate Licensees. Yelsa-affiliated Real Estate Licensees provide exactly the same service that you would receive from any Real Estate Licensee in New Zealand. Licensees can conduct viewings on your behalf, prepare contracts and manage negotiations, ensuring you maximise the sale price of your home. You can engage a Licensees at any stage.
Yelsa Connect always recommends you seek legal advice. If you have engaged a Real Estate Licensee then ask the purchaser to communicate directly with the Real Estate Licensee. If you are managing the negotiations yourself, now is the time to contact your lawyer to assist you with the preparation of the appropriate sale and purchase agreement.

When you sell your property (or if you’re no longer looking for a buyer) you edit the property profile and mark the status as sold or withdrawn. It will then be archived.

We advise sending an “invitation to a private viewing” to all of your matches, this cleanses the system of buyer matches that have purchased since they were last matched with a property on Yelsa Connect.
You can create one open home event and invite all buyers. To do so, select a buying profile, select “invite to open home”, enter time & date and auto-invite’s default setting is “ON”.
